Data Deletion

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. Your Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your Maven account and all associated data at any time, including data we have retrieved on your behalf from connected platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This page explains exactly how to do that and what happens when you do. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What Data We Hold

Depending on how you use Maven, we may store:

  • Your account information (name, email, company).
  • Encrypted credentials and tokens for the integrations you connected.
  • Marketing and analytics data retrieved on your behalf from connected platforms (e.g., campaign, performance, and reporting data).
  • Dashboards, reports, and settings you created.

3. How to Request Deletion

Choose either method:

  • Email us: Send a request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
  • Disconnect an integration: To stop Maven from accessing a specific platform, disconnect that integration from within the Platform. This revokes our ongoing access; email us if you also want the previously stored data for that platform deleted.

4. What Is Deleted, and When

Once we verify your request, we delete or anonymize your account information, stored credentials, and connected platform data within 30 days, and we send you a confirmation. We may retain a limited amount of data where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations; any retained data remains protected under our Privacy Policy and is deleted when no longer required.

5. Revoke Access at the Source

You can also remove Maven's access directly from the platform that granted it. This is independent of deleting data we have already stored, so we recommend doing both:
