1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MavenData (“the Platform”), operated by MetricMaven, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MavenData provides a unified marketing data platform that includes data extraction from third-party advertising and analytics platforms, data transformation, and dashboard reporting. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization.

5. Data & Integrations

You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Platform. By connecting third-party integrations, you authorize us to access and process data from those platforms solely to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to share data from connected platforms.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by MetricMaven and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricMaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MetricMaven is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
